We needed a way to present Chelsea Waterfront quickly and beautifully, anywhere in the world. So we produced a series of 1:250 scale travel models. They’re made from pared back materials, including a stone and timber base and realistic building treatments. But most importantly, they fit aircraft weight and size restrictions. So we can fly anywhere knowing our vision is stored safely in the overhead locker.

The whole model can be assembled simply on site. Even the battery is flight-compatible. Plug it in and you’re good to go.

We used a stone composite on the CNC machine, which was an interesting challenge. But it really helped to give this small scale model some weight.
Using simple, clean and strong materials lets the design speak for itself.
