From our initial briefing, we develop our recommendations to meet the brief. We present back ‘look and feel’ options that are supported by current references and examples.

The storyboard process allows for your team to maximise the value of the proposed work and to plan the commission of the work to suit key project milestones.

Once we’ve agreed on our approach, we gather everything we need from you – architectural designs, brochures, floorplans and more. We let you know how long each phase of work will take, updating this if deadlines need to change. We never move to the next phase until you have approved what we’ve done. And we keep you updated and share every step of our progress on the Portal.

We make sure our projects are being delivered and installed to the highest standard, and that all technology is working properly. After the project is finished we will provide continued support.

The Grain Portal: is our secure client extranet, designed by us to make your life easier. We use it to communicate with you and the rest of the project team to continuously track job progress and review our work.
